How to permanently remove your PlushLife account and data

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your PlushList tasks, routines and schedules, progress and completion history, mood/energy check-ins, private reflections, rewards, Guardian relationships and messages, and account preferences. This is permanent — there's no undo and no recovery period.

Limited operational records may remain temporarily in backups or where retaining them is legally required, consistent with our Privacy Policy. This isn't a way to hide data from anyone else the app already showed it to (e.g., a Guardian who received a note before you deleted your account keeps that note).

How to delete your account (in the app)

  1. Open PlushLife and sign in.
  2. Go to More → Settings.
  3. Find Account and choose Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT exactly when asked to confirm — this typed confirmation is required and can't be skipped.

Deletion happens immediately once you confirm; you don't need to wait or receive an email to complete it.

No account, or can't sign in?

If you can't access the app to delete your account yourself — a lost device, a lost sign-in email, or any other reason — email plushlife.app@gmail.com from the email address your account uses and ask for it to be deleted. Requests are handled by the app's owner directly.

Deleting a Guardian relationship is different from deleting your account — you can remove or pause a Guardian's access anytime from the Guardian tab without deleting anything else.
