Privacy Policy

PlushLife is a private routine and progress tracker owned by Sable Johnston. This policy explains the information used by the current web app.
Information you provide
- Your sign-in email address.
- Tasks, schedules, completion history, habits, preferences, reflections, and private notes you choose to save.
- Guardian invitations, permitted progress information, Guardian notes, suggestions, and rewards.
- Notification settings and other app preferences.
How information is used
The information is used to operate your tracker, save progress, sign you in, deliver features you request, support Guardian connections you authorize, and keep the app reliable and secure.
Service providers and device features
PlushLife currently uses GitHub Pages for web hosting and Supabase for authentication and app data. Your browser or installed web app may also store session and preference information locally and may deliver notifications when you enable them. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and Guardian access
PlushLife does not currently sell personal information or include third-party advertising. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the app. A Guardian can see only the progress and support information made available through an invitation you control. Private reflections and specially protected routine details are not intended for Guardian display.
Your choices
You can pause or remove Guardian access, change notification permission through your device, edit tracker information, sign out, and use the in-app account-deletion control (or see how to delete your account if you can't sign in). Deleting an account is intended to remove its associated tracker data; limited operational records may remain temporarily in backups or where legally required.
Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can promise perfect security. Keep your sign-in email secure and invite only Guardians you trust. Information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Age
PlushLife is not directed to children under 13. A person under the age of majority should use it only with permission and appropriate involvement from a parent or legal guardian.
Changes and questions
This policy may be updated as PlushLife changes. The effective date above will be revised for material updates. Privacy questions, feedback, or bug reports can be sent directly through the "Feedback & Support" section in Settings.

By using PlushLife, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- Provide accurate sign-in information and protect access to your account.
- Do not access another person's tracker without their permission.
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe its security, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
- A Guardian relationship is optional and revocable. Guardian access does not replace personal choice, professional care, or emergency support.
- PlushLife is a planning and encouragement tool, not medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency advice.
PlushLife is currently provided free of charge and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. To the extent allowed by law, the owner disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Your own written content remains yours. You grant PlushLife only the permission reasonably necessary to store, process, display, and transmit it to provide features you request. The PlushLife software, mascot, artwork, interface, text, and branding remain proprietary.
These terms are governed by applicable United States and Texas law, without overriding consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
